This artwork is very big with lots of fine details. It is scaled larger than normal. Every size is recommended for fussy cutting panels for projects. Small scale is pretty big due to buildings and character sizes to be visible. Large scale is great for clothing, blankets, and large panels for bags like totes. 

Addiekakes Kreations bag is regular scale. Sew Nicey clothing set is Large scale. 

Due to the fine details of this art piece and how large the image is for scaling, vinyl will not be an option for this design. It would not be clear enough on vinyl for all the details and larger scaling would have some of the art cut off.
